1. Check in from 14:00 (unless Room is available).
2. Check out by 11:00. The stay beyond 11:00 and until 18:00 is charged with half of the daily charge.
From 18:00 onwards with full charge (those with condition of a vacuum the next day).
3. Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 10:00.
4. In case of early departure, the charge is made in accordance with the law.
5. Guests are not allowed to enter the rooms.
6. Any damage or material damage caused during your stay with Customer responsibility are costed and paid for immediately.
7. The monitoring and custody of minors is the responsibility of their escorts.
8. The Hotel offers free internet in all areas. You can request the code from the Reception.
9. Customers can leave their luggage for storage at the property. There is a special area.
10. Free Parking is provided at the back of the Hotel.
11. The hotel has a key with a magnetic card which activates the electricity. When leaving the room you must remove the card from the power outlet for safety reasons.
12. There is a double-sided card on the door of your room. When you want your room to be cleaned, please hang the card on the outside handle of your door, showing the “make my room” side. In case you want us not to bother you, we suggest you hang the card on the side that indicates “do not disturb”.
13. Please do not use bath towels on the beach or in the pool. If you need towels for the beach or pool, they are available for a fee of 2 euros / towel for external use. Inform Reception about it.
